Good:) well organized by Lomprayah pier. Huge parking lot 50 baht per day. Easy to find and easy to get to by private car. As well as easy to buy the join ticket bus + boat by Lomprayah company. Coffee shop and restaurant are also open on the pier. Also have a delivery service to and from the island for reasonable price. Only 300 km from Hua Hin:)

One of Lomprayah better pier. Toilets, basic restaurant, a coffee shop and parking is available.

We bought the VIP tickets from Bangkok to Koh Tao. The seats were spacious and comfortable but the bus was old. The net in the seat in front of mine to keep small items was torn out of the seat. Bathroom was dirty and smelling bad without paper. The driver had a problem with the route. Suddenly he stopped, returned the way we came for 15 minutes back and then took a turn again to take the same route again (without stopping or letting someone out or in). Thus we arrived and the boat was basically full. The were no seats together in the downstairs air conditioned room. Even with VIP tickets bought there is no guarantee that you can sit together. Bad customer service.

Please improve the announcements. Find someone with a good English accent. Or better a native English speaker. Or pre record the announcements using natural Englisch (at least the necessary ones) and play them when it's the right time. I don't understand what she says.

The service is catastrophic and they just want to find ways to let you pay again. Lost my ferry ticket and even when I had my online ticket etc they refused to let me go on board. They pressured me to pay a new and expensive ticket. I had the online ticket, the stickers from the company and my bill and still they wanted to let me pay for a new one. This ist just scamming on a new level and absolutely no help

Beautiful Pier. Boat is fast. However impossible to get Grab, as station is monopolised and ticket Pier-Train station bus costs 150baht.

Simpel pier for ferry to the islands koh tao, koh nang Yuan, service is good, food normal, in minimarkt not much to get better get it befor, taxi to town en Airport available, bus to hua Hin and Bangkok, car park close and ok

Nice pier. Well organized for Travelers. When ordering Thai food, ask for prices before ordering. Pics do not always reflect what you pay for. Staff at food counter rude.
